Lumnsoft LLC is an independent software studio based in New Jersey, established in 2026. We build applications with a deliberate, long-term perspective, favoring craft over churn, and depth over breadth.
As a small studio, we work slowly and intentionally. Rather than chasing trends or racing to ship, we take time to think carefully about what each application should be: how it fits into someone's daily life, what it asks of the person using it, and what it gives back.
We're focused on Apple platforms, primarily iPhone and iPad, with a preference for native applications that feel at home on the devices they run on. Our work spans different subject areas but shares a common commitment to attention, care, and quiet utility.
Our current focus is Renewed, our first application, currently in active development for iPhone and iPad.
A quiet companion for daily reflection, drawing from centuries of writing by Catholic saints. Renewed presents curated quotations from figures across the Catholic tradition — Augustine, Thérèse of Lisieux, John of the Cross, and many others — offered without noise, without gamification, and without demands on the reader.
The application is designed to be a small, steady presence: a widget on the home screen, a moment of stillness on the lock screen, a slow rotation of words worth carrying through the day. Development is ongoing.
Additional applications are planned. Each will follow the same guiding principles: careful design, real utility, and respect for the person on the other side of the screen.
We favor a small set of well-considered decisions over an endless proliferation of options. We prefer content that has been thought about to content that has been generated. We ship when something is genuinely worth using, not when a calendar says we should.
